Application for permit to build new structures, including residential or commercial buildings.
Application Instructions:
- Download New Build application.
- Complete all sections of application that are relevant to your project (please refer to design guidelines).
- Upload the completed application, full plans, and any photos that you have in the form below.
After Submission:
- Post approved permit on construction site before beginning construction.
- No site work is to be performed until a permit is issued!
- Direct any questions to the Architectural Review Committee via email at snarc@snowshoemountain.com.
