Here you can find the different types of applications. Please select which you’d wish to apply for and fill out the applicable form with all necessary supporting documentation.
The Architectural Review Committee meets once per month to review applications. For an expedited approval request, please submit the application in full and then send an email to snarc@snowshoemountain.com with the subject line: Expedited Approval Request. Please note, expedited approvals are not guaranteed.

Types of Applications:
New Build Applications – For new structures, including residential and commercial buildings.
Conceptual Application – Site prep, excavation, foundation work, etc. This application can precede the full application in the event full build details are not available. This expedites approvals and allows you to start site work.
Non-Structural Application – When no new structures are being built. Updates to existing structures (residing, painting, etc.), access road construction, lot clearing/grading, utility installation, etc.
Signage Application – Exterior signage for residential or commercial purposes. Includes new and replacement signage.
Deadline Extension Application – Extend your existing expiration date or approved permit.
