When no new structures are being built. Updates to existing structures (residing, painting, etc.), access road construction, lot clearing/grading, utility installation, etc.
Application Instructions:
- Download Non-Structural application.
- Complete all sections of application that are relevant to your project (please refer to design guidelines).
- Upload the completed application, full plans, and any photos that you have in the form below.
After Submission:
- Post approved permit on construction site before beginning construction.
- No site work is to be performed until a permit is issued!
